As it turns out, the young woman was Grizzlies’ assistant equipment manager, Brian’e Miller. She said in an interview that she has always worn LBJ sneakers whenever he played in Memphis. Lebron noticed this, removed his shoes, signed them and gave it to Miller.

Miller did confess in an interview that she was offered US$100,000 for the shoes. She has declined as she has said, “I’m loyal to the max.”
