The 2nd version of the Iphone will be available for pre-order on April 17, 2020 and to be shipped on April 24, 2020 . There is no time frame or date given on when it will be available in the Philippine marketing but will be available at 5am PDT US at and 8pm GMT+8 in Hong Kong.

The Iphone SE has maintained the same look as the Iphone 6, which comes with a home button and Touch ID in a 4.7 inch screen. It is compared to an Iphone 8 with a better processor and camera that features Apple’s A13 Bionic Chip that’s available in the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro.

There wont be a plus, XR or max version of this smartphone.
