Manila Mayor Isko Moreno shuts down Barangay 20 as residents violates ECQ

Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso ordered a 24-hour total shutdown of Barangay 20 upon knowing that residents from the said barangay have defied the order to strictly implement enhanced community quarantine.

A video was also posted on Facebook showing a group of people, including children in participating and watching on what appears to be an informal boxing match by the side of the street. During the said shutdown, all residents of the said barangay shall be strictly confined to their residences and are prohibited from going out of their houses.
