By next week, the Social Security System (SSS) will offer calamity loan to its members as per Fernando F. Nicolas, SSS vice president for public affairs and special events.
According to Mr. Nicolas the loan will be made available to all members from March to May. A member can borrow up to P20,000, or equivalent to a one-month salary credit.
The said loan will payable within 27 months with a 3 month moratorium period and members can start to pay on the fourth month on the date of approval
